How are commissions tracked?
We use a comprehensive tracking system that links unique researcher IDs to your partner account. All cookies are stored for 30 days, ensuring you receive credit for researchers who return to purchase even without your link/coupon. Users who visit from your link/coupon will always be credited to your account regardless of time constraints.
When do I receive my payouts?
Our team generally pays affiliates out on the 1st of every month as long as a minimum threshold is reached as outlined in our partner agreement.
Are there restrictions on promotion?
The primary restrictions on promotion are that you may not advertise our products for any other purpose than strictly research and laboratory use. We highly encourage all of our partners to operate within the guidelines of any platform that they are posting promotions or information on. Under no circumstance may partners promote our products for human consumption or veterinary use.
